Brett Ramberg
Revenue and Technology Strategist
Brett Ramberg is an passionate growth strategist, sales professional, leader and has experience in finance, legal, M&A (buy and sell side), HR and many other areas. He started his entrepreneurship through acquisition journey 6 years ago.
Brett started his career in telecom sales and transitioned to regional sales of highly regulated licensed collegiate apparel working with colleges across the United States. Upon moving to Colorado in 2013 Brett championed opening up a branch of the apparel company, its first ever, and in 18 months grew sales from $0 to $1M annually.
In 2016 Brett started to search for his first acquisition. In 2017 he bought a distressed commercial IT Service Provider with 11 staff and over 100 commercial accounts in Northern Colorado and took over the role of Owner/CEO. He strategically led that organization through several transitions including a rebrand, relocation, new product development, expanding to a nationwide client base and several other transitions that were all focussed on increasing the valuation of the organization for his goal of getting acquired 5 years after acquisition.
In 2022, 5 years and 1.5 months after acquisition, Brett’s organization was successfully acquired by a larger IT Service Provider.
Brett defines himself as a humble and highly moral person who believes people are the core of any organization. His roots growing up in the midwest have given him a “blue-collar” work ethic and a drive to accomplish what he sets out to accomplish no matter the obstacles along the way.
Brett is married and has two kids with his wife, BriAnn. They live in Loveland, Colorado and spend time camping, golfing, fishing and sports.
